The Department of Shalya Tantra organized a Workshop and Hands-on Training on Ksharasutra Nirmana on the occasion of World Piles Day on 21 November 2025. Dr. Ashwin J. Shetty, Ayurveda Surgeon and Proctologist at Ksharapani Healthcare, Wound and Anorectal Speciality Clinic, Udupi, served as the resource person. The session provided in-depth practical exposure to the preparation and clinical relevance of Ksharasutra, benefiting students.
