National Level Faculty Development Program on “Performance Assessment Fundamentals: Bridging Theory and Practice.”

Yenepoya Ayurveda Medical College, in association with the Yen Centre for FacultyDevelopment (YEN-FDC), organized a National Level Faculty Development Program on“Performance Assessment Fundamentals: Bridging Theory and Practice.” The program wasinaugurated by Dr. Animesh Jain, Professor, Dept. of Community Medicine, KMC,Mangaluru, who also delivered the keynote address. Dr. Mohammed Gulzar, Principal, YPC& RC, was the Chief Guest, and Dr. Abhay Nirgude, Dean, Faculty of Medicine, YMC, andDeputy Director, YEN-FDC, was the Guest of Honour.The FDP featured four sessions by eminent speakers: Dr. Meera Jacob (OSCE/OSPEfundamentals), Dr. Swaroop Raj (DOPS), Dr. Janardhan Aithal (Mini-CEX), and Dr. VidyaHegde (Portfolio and Multisource Feedback). Delegates from Kerala, Pondicherry, and acrossDakshina Kannada participated.
