Awareness Program on Stanyapana Mahatwa for Pregnant Women and Lactating Mothers on 7 Aug 2023

Department of Kaumarabhritya, Yenepoya Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Naringana in association with the Women and Child Welfare Department, Vitla on the occasion of Vishwa Stanya Pana Saptaha 2023 organized an Awareness Program on Stanyapana Mahatwa for Pregnant Women and Lactating Mothers on 7 August 2023 at Gramapanchayath Sabhabhavan, Kanyana.  In this regard, awareness talks were delivered by Dr. Sindhu and Dr. Asha Parvathi. Dr. Sindhu, Associate Professor, YAMCH spoke on the Post Natal Care and importance of Breastfeeding. Dr. Asha Parvathi, Associate Professor, YAMCH, gave a talk on Antenatal care. A total of 20 pregnant and lactating women benefited from the program.
